19" 0.9 cu.ft. Countertop Microwave

I would love this if it just opened easily. I have to hold on to the back and push hard to open it, must be something wrong with the door. I am handicapped and had to call my family to get it in for me and I just can't ask them to come over and send it back. My grandsons open it when they are here and cook their things, It cook everything nice and I have always liked your products.But I am using my oven more and more.
